What’s does “small job” mean?

Small jobs are minor development tasks that will generally take less than 45 minutes.

If you’re not sure what’s covered, please feel free to email us to ask, or simply go ahead and book your job. If we can’t complete it we’ll let you know quickly and offer you a full refund.

What information do I need to provide?

We require access to your FTP/SFTP (SFTP preferred) server.

If you’re using WordPress, we’ll ask that you create an ‘Admin’ user for us (we can provide instructions on how to do this). You can always delete this after the job is complete.

How long will it take?

Once we’ve got access to your server and/or WordPress installation, most jobs will be completed within one business day.

Where jobs will take more than 48 hours we’ll let you know. In this case, if you’d prefer not to go ahead, we’ll offer you a full refund.

My task is urgent, can you do it any quicker?

It’s really frustrating it can be when your website has a problem or is down, and we work to complete all jobs as soon as we possibly can.

We do however offer an Express Service, which you choose when booking your job. We guarantee to complete the job within 4 hours. If it’s not complete within that time, we’ll refund the Express fee.

Can I book multiple jobs?

Certainly, however signing up for one of our Support & Maintenance plans may work out to be more cost effective.

How will I be kept up to date on the progress of my task?

We’ll keep you up-to-date via email. Of course, you’re more than welcome to email us, we’d love to hear from you!

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely. We offer a 30 day warranty on all jobs. If the issue reoccurs, we’ll fix it for free.

I’ve bought a WordPress Theme, can you set it up for me?

We’d be happy to help. Most WordPress Themes are quite quick to setup, others take can take some time. Contact us today with details of your theme and we’ll prepare a quote.
